Did you yell back? I would've yelled back.

maan, so many 100 comics threads in the pitching... I've reached 200, shouted and nobody even noticed!

btw, my friend is in trouble with her obsessed boyfriend and she says she can't do anything about it, although I gave her tons of advices but she didn't want to listen. We wanted to go to my class exhibition one day, along with another friend of mine and my parents. Unfortunately, that asshole was at her place and I knew that, so we both went and called at the interphone. She didn't answer and a minute later she and her bf were coming down the stairs, of course holding their hands. After that we tried to talk to the guy to let her go in town with us, but that stubborn ox refused. everything was a "NO!" and she begged him "oh...please...come on..." instead of shouting at him like she did on the phone that morning for not letting her do whatever she wants. I left her the choice and the went with him. they said they would come later.
She chose, and payed for it.
An hour later I called her and she was upset because she's got a big penalty for not buying a bus ticket. The fate!

That night I was upset because she went to the club with the asshole and drank beer with him and the next morning could have been my last chance to see her before I go back home for the holiday. But I was too tired of her, so I didn't bother to call her when I went to school. So Tuesday morning was the last time I ever talked to her. I think I will keep my phone closed for a while to make her worry about me.

I wonder if she really worries about me.

Life goes on, I forgot everyone, the stress and I'm happy. :)

for some reason everyone makes a big deal about 100, after that you don't really get much of a response. I don't know maybe people just feel like you're making a big deal about every little milestone, even if they're not little to you. Or they're jealous you made it to 200. either way, don't worry too much about getting a big response from comic pitching. Bask in the glory of your achievements, your readers care.

edit; on the other hand ressurecting a thread Merc yelled at you about might not have been the best way to go about it and that might have something to do with no response.
-D. M. Jeftinija Pharm.D., Ph.D. -- Yes, I've got two doctorates and I'm arrogant about it, what have *you* done with *your* life?
"People who don't care about anything will never understand the people who do." "yeah.. but we won't care."

Merc yelled at her about it a year and a half ago. Besides, what's wrong with continually pitching a comic in a single thread? Sure, it may keep bumping your thread up, but at least it isn't choking the forum with little updates.

It's ok I understand it's like a small window to a 5 year relationship I've only bitched about in chat before...
Yeah I yelled back. She remarked again about the teacher being disrespectful to her by asking her to participate and I told her I wasn't going to say anything about it. I knew if I told her I sided with the teacher there would have been a nuclear meltdown. I also told her that some of "THOSE PEOPLE" are very nice and do like her work.
She then claimed she never said she would stop going to the class and was only planning on missing the one day and when I told her she said exactly that she was just not gonna go anymore and that the teacher was going to have to drop her she said I was lying.
I'm slowly backing out of the relationship. She's exhibiting some disturbing traits, like making everything personal and denying her actions.

When I left this morning, I was but a Robby, I return to you as Roberto Alessandro Dicosta, ABFS.
Member of the Moving Image Society, and the Directors' Guild of England, Britain, something, I havent checked my membership card/certificate thing because it has been A LONG LONG LONG *FUCKING* DAY.

But I'm done, and in a few days I can leave Brighton to never return.

couple of gutting bad news items lately, ones that I personally just feel a little blue about, but also ones that people I care about are devastated by. if I weren't so busy I'd hop on a train tonight and come home to give my mommy a hug.

I almost got arrested yesterday, and I most definitely did not do what I was briefly accused of. I can't really give further details without compromising confidential information.

As a comic book person, continuity is very important to me and they kinda failed on it towards the end but the first act was DEFINITELY amazingly awesome. As my mom put it though, "But they had to have a happy ending!" and I guess so, therefore I'm willing to overlook that. Breathtaking special effects, really funny humor parts, nice writing overall, songs were kinda catchy.

Oh yes, and I just bought 4th ed D&D.
there's a 4th ed D&D now?
1. Yes there is. It was recently released and I figured I need to get into pen and paper sometime this lifetime plus its a handy hobby in the military cause the game doesn't require batteries.

2. How geeky are we that the big section of my post on seeing a smash hit musical receives no notice but the short line about D&D is what gets attention?

My house is upside down atm - the refrigerator and the dishes are in the livingroom, some other stuff will stay in my room.
oh, and the workers are making noise and that's why I'm up so early. (8 a.m. here)

I'm going to my grandma on the countryside for a few days to stay away from the menace. I hope to find a nice kitchen when I'll come back.
