I was really looking forward to being productive over my Mardi Gras break but instead I got some kind of sick and the first day of it is already gone.... ;_;

Christ, I look like I came to work directly after a powernap on the dancefloor at Club Neo.

That's disgusting.

One of my headlights is busted. And I'm totally fucked for tonight and tomorrow. I've been here since 6:50 am and I'll probably leave at 8:00 pm. I'm getting trashed this weekend and pretend to draw porn while watching Road to Wellville.

We should make a social even out of it so it seems less like the next depressing step on our road to alcoholism that it obviously is. We can involve that short girl and the jackass.

Sure this could've been a PM, but you all live to hear about my personal life, and you all know it.

Eh, it's not like we're giving addresses and credit card numbers. And yes, nosy people find it inetersting, and I could care less if people know what I'm doing over the weekend. This is, after all, a thread about communal bitching anyway.

I've found that we're much more talkative on the phone than we are in person. I realized that while eating lunch today.

Short girl? Oh yeah, her. I forgot my cheese knives at her place. I need to guy some more 3-year old gouda.

Ew. How long have you had them?

I just got a new cartilage piercing about 7 months ago.

Since November. I cleaned them every day and stuff, twice, but today we took the earrings out and like....it hurt like hell. Apparently the inside of the piercing was pussy. Not cool! :O

So we drained my ears holes out and put them back in. I plan to clean them again tonight, but this whole thing has just turned me off to getting any more piercings.

Ewww, nasty. I had similar problems with my lobe piercing, so I don't have it anymore. I rather enjoy my two cartilage piercings though.

Oops, I typed 7 months. I meant 7 weeks. I didn't have any problems with this new one, but other two got slight infections at one point.

It hurts like hell. I had to clean them, and in like....10 seconds D: It was closing up again. It was a bitch putting them back in.

That said, I don't know how people get like....a million piercings at once. I'm sure it's more of a trouble than you'd want it to be.

did you soak your jewelry? thats always a good idea. also bactine, works wonders on infection.

also all piercings get infected. its that white flakey stuff you get, thats from infection and your body trying to reject the foreign material. I've never had a serious infection from my piercings. course I never have gotten more than one at the same setting. not even my ears.

I'm suffering some strange ailment that causes powerful headaches, and alarmingly strong muscle fatigue. The headaches I can deal with. The fatigue is getting in the way of me being able to do my job. I've missed two days of work this week because of it, and thank God it's Friday, because I'm not well.
