I'm glad 90's style forum signatures don't exist anymore.

I'm not sure what the intention is, but what is that thing on the upper right supposed to be? It looks like a shadow, there are some details in it, but nothing that reveals much.

A little something I cooked up for a wide game I've prepared for my scouts this weekend, I'm sending them around the campsite in the name of 'doubling their money'.

Of course, I'm not giving them real money, or I'd never see it again.

Instead, I made my own. This comes under doodles, since I drew them completely from scratch, rather than just photoshopping existing notes.
I did try and capture a feel of authenticity though, so there're numbers and writings in the correct places at least.

Too lazy to do the same Photoshop outline for others. Infact, I skipped 62 details on the photoshoped image above.

And of course I draw in the cursed style. All the more reason to destroy me before I can manifest in your room through your computer screen.

Photobucket resized the first one, hence the huge size difference.

Ricky's a scout leader? Awesome. If I was a scout leader I'd always be trying to make them do press ups and awarding badges to snitches and cronies.

Then I'd start a bob-a-job racket.

Edit: [I still want one of those electric floor thingies. Lego! I command you to build me one!]

Sweet mother of monkeys, but this took a long time! :-? Too long, really, but I had to backtrack more than I should have.

Meet the Cherubim H-77. Yeah, it's got a vaguely biblical thing going on. See? It even has a flaming sword! ....sort of.

Those two are characters in a sci-fi story I'm writing. The thing on the right is (surprise) an alien. Supposed to be this big black vaguely feline type of alien, and I obviously lack in drawing black things with definition.

If you have suggestions on how to color something that's supposed to be pretty much solid black, I'd love to hear them, though.

A traditional way to define something that's solid black is to use white lines where your normal black lines would be. I noticed it as a kid on Daffy Duck:

Look at his right arm there, and:

His left side and eyebrows here.

sounds like you need to change the setting on your bucket from Size x Size to "under 1meg" or something

Oddly enough, I thought the resized image was actually better. The other one was needlessly large since there wasn't any detail that required the large size to see.

As for colouring in black/dark things, Komi already covered it.
