I did look at that article and the attached pictures before. The only similar thing is that they're single character sketches, which hundreds of artists both professional and amateur are probably doing right this very second, making the coincidence factor extremely low. And otherwise there are several marked differences, making them not very similar at all.

But, whatever. I'm tired now.

You people and your non-attachment using ways.

Dawg, have you gone back to trying to do your comic on tablet, or have you been? I don't really recall if you switched or not after you got it.

Just to clarify, you were doing single character sketches roughly at the time alleged Hitler single character paintings were in the news, and I wondered whether the two instances were in any way related. Sleep well, anyway. =)

Not yet, still pretty shaky with lines. But I'm working on it.

I tried copying what I've seen Jan Jan do. With the skeletal structure underneath in another layer; it seemed to work out decent. I will try even more!

The rare times I'm doing a drawing totally on tablet, I just draw it the way I would on paper. Blue structure underneath, sketch it out with grey, then go over it with black. Some people go straight from structure to "ink", it depends on how you work.

I've been wondering what childhood trauma has induced him to be so good at coming up with these =P
