Remember the old 60's Batman tv show? Well it's running on TV Land. I saw some of the episodes and I have to saw that it's one of the funniest shows ever made. Not because it was funny in and of itself mind you but because its so damn stupid

It's so funny that I had to make some comics about it and this one week storylines fit perfectly. Like a glove! I must of heard that line said 3 times in the span of 4 episodes (2 storys back to back cause each story would be in 2 parts so they could have a cliffhanger)

All of the situations and/or diologue was actually said from the show. I couldn't remember exectly what was said for today's comic (May 6) but that scene did happen. Batman and Robin did stand there taking about what to do 30-50 seconds while a man had less than a minute to live (according to Batman) because he was tied a certain way before they decided to untie him.

Classic stuff

In today's comic (May 7) what was said between Batman and Gordon is almost word for word what was said in an episode of the show.

Batman put this oxygen mask on this woman asked her some questions. She answered breathing into a bag. And Batman was able to tell if she was lying or not by squeezing the air into this bottle with some liquid and seeing if the liquid changed color. I had the same reaction Dave is having.


In that scene Batman told Gordon that when he gave this signal to use the "batawake" to wake up the woman to question her. Gordon said he understoof. But when Batman gave the signal Gordon stood there dumbfounded. He did it twice and Gordon was all "What? I don't understand, what are you trying to do?" Even though not 30 seconds ago Batman explained things to him and he said "Right ok I understand" Finally Batman had to tell Gordon to use the batawake. Why he had to use a signal and not just tell Gordon to use it to begin with I have no idea. I guess to show that Gordon is a moron.

Afterwards Batman said "As you see I don't use any force or foulplay to get truthful answers out of people" Oh no, you just use simply chemistry and bullshit.
