no, it's one of the time-fragments he purchased from the rogue rats. now that he's found out that karostropov, his old enemy, is their leader... he plans to use this chance to strike back at him. and the fact that what he does will also erase himself from the flow of time as well means nothing to him... o.o

oh..so that's what they do, they "crystalize" time and sell the pieces to others who want to make bad use of it or to obtain advantages they normally wouldn't.
