I honestly didn't notice. I think you can get away with inconsistency with a vehicle interior if the point-of-view changes with each panel. Few people are going to analyze a panel if they are interested in the story.

I'm working on my first comic project, and since I'm a hack attempting to be Rembrandt, it's taking a long time.

There are 3 car scenes in it: one exterior, one interior, and a close-up exterior with some interior in the background. I'm surprised I even attempted it at all.

For the exterior, I did an image-search, printed it, and photo referenced the drawing using a metric ruler and some improvisation.

For the interior shot I mostly improvised, but used the metric ruler again to fake-design a automobile interior.

For the exterior/interior shot, I photo-reference it again from the repair manual of the car I currently own. I didn't measure and plot the proportions as I did with the exterior, and used the ruler only for straight lines.

Long-story short: Photo-referencing = less suck

They're not bad.

Heh heh, all galleries should play Andrew WK.

Also, I have no doubt that if Andrew WK ever made an appearance in this comic, he'd look exactly the same as in real life.

Oh man, Andrew W.K. ... my friends and I used to joke about that guy being unable to stop partying, like it was some kind of serious medical condition. He'd be doing air-drumming in his sleep.

I'll need to get to a scanner. I'll post to the VCL furry archive, unless there's a better alternative that any of you folks might recommend.

I've been showing friends in Real Space/Time one of my completed panels. It's time that I show my distant friends as well.

This may take a week or two, but thanks for your interest!

VCL is really really picky about quality. If there is a smudge or your levels aren't 100% perfect, they bitch. I have a VCL account, but I hardly ever update it because I don't have the energy to make every art piece into the perfect presentation.

So I just use Fur Affinity mainly.

Thanks for the tip, guys!

At this stage I'm still pretty new at comic creation. I don't want to have stress about their standards; I do enough of that about my own.

Woooooo!

Any who... nice job on the update. Good job as always. I've probably never been to an Art Gallery before in my entire life. So after tonights comic, I'm thinking to expect seeing a giant billboard of a hamburger and fries at one now. And then be terribly disappointed to know there won't be. Thanks.

Actually, I think Rosenquist is still alive. His stuff is actually pretty cool though.

It's gotta be better than the shit they've got in the Tate Modern currently. A crack is not fucking art!

Yes...

But I'm too tired to think of why.

Although it doesn't matter really. In the case of conceptual art, when someone asks why, the answer is usually a big fat "It just is". Conceptual art doesn't need a reason to exist. It just does.
