How's your life atm?

The happening place to be. Unless you go somewhere else that's more stimulating.

Happy Birthday!
That's true, mileage will vary. I just figured he was being melodramatic.

Heh--

When I woke up on my 18th birthday the first word out of my mouth was a curse at the realization.

As my life has gotten gradually better birthdays have gotten gradually less painful.

As that mafia songster Frank Sinatra once sang,

"I wanna live...
Until I die...

I wanna laugh...
Instead of cry....

Hip hip huzzah -> Pravus on his birthday.

Now you've reached the age when you have to watch your animés in secret.

http://www.eclecticenergies.com/chakras ... uction.php

This was posted on another forum I visit. On the website above is also a test which gives you an idea of how open or active your chakras are.

I found the results seemed to corroborate my own subjective experience of self.

Root: under-active (-31%)
Sacral: under-active (-31%)
Navel: under-active (-19%)
Heart: under-active (-13%)
Throat: open (38%)
Third Eye: open (44%)
Crown: under-active (-25%)

Does this reveal any superpowers or which other types I may successfully do battle with?

I wasn't terribly happy with my results either. But according to that website, you can work with your chakras with mudras (poses for the hand) and mantras.

I re-started a long-abandoned yoga practice a few weeks ago and feel better for it. Another two weeks I should be able to do a 60 second headstand again.

Sadly, I've never been able to get into a full lotus, which is supposedly the king of all poses. I've got ultra tight ham strings.

I don't know, but I've been told that having a strong 6th chakra gives you various Extra Sensory Perceptions.

Having a strong 3rd chakra gives you temporal power. That said, I'm afraid the lot of us get easily overcome by the world.

Something weird happened to me. A few weeks ago someone sent me an SMS with a really dirty joke and signed it -The Snowboard chicks. I forgot about it but a week later there was another dirty joke and then I responded and said this might be the wrong number, which it was. Then we kept a conversation, and I didn't mind since SMS doesn't cost me anything. It's been an exchange of dirty jokes back and forth and I somehow figured out it was a girl on the other end. I never wanted to call up since it would completely ruin the mystery.
I let it slip that I live 100 meters away from the Globe which is a well known sports stadium in Stockholm. Just today she said she was there at the Globe arena horse show, and I said I wanted to drop down and say hi. I'm not adverse of doing really weird shit(Well duh, I went to Prague to meet some people that posted on a furry forum!). Anyway, it just so hit me that this might in fact be a 14 years old and I imagined her parents standing there next to her.. Well, I decided it would be a fucking riot to walk up to them and say 'Hi! I'm the one sending your daughter dirty text messages!', well I was wrong...

She's actually older than me. Possibly around 35 or so and really nice, with a very good physique and a tan. She is a horse rider and lives someway out of town. Well, I find it really hot!
We did some small talk which felt very fun and natural. We talked about everything really. It was during the intermission of the show so she went back after a while and I went out with a friend for a beer. Didn't really want to go home after all that.

We've basically been on uninterrupted text messaging the last hours. Geez, to think if something would come of this!

I had a really fantastic Thanksgiving. The best I've ever had, probably. And I didn't even spend it with my own family.

Those were always the best ones for me. XD

I had a good one too. I got some drawing done, had fun Thanksgiving day at my friends house, picked up my new bedroom furniture, got my groovy pad all cleaned up, and still had time to sit and do nothing.

:D
