aww, poor girl... I really can't wait to see where this comic goes... keep up the good work.

I agonized over whether or not I should have Queerboy respond with something like "You could use a little meat on your bones," not being one to cast aspersions on the most beloved chubby ladies of the world, but ultimately decided that, 1. After the night she'd had, it wasn't the time or place to start calling attention to her possible faults (ie being too skinny), and 2. That's how I would have felt about it at around 15 or so myself, so whether or not I liked the message such a comment conveyed, it was honest. (and 3, I eventually figured that if I was going to promote body acceptance with any character, it should probably be with the one that's actually fat.)

In any case, you did a great job.
