The mallet reappeared in Queequeg's hand, smacking it into his opposite palm in reference to the said meeting. Then he turned his attention to an array of delicate crystalline glasses that he'd been extracting from his coat and stacking into a tall pyramid. He yanked one out of the bottom glasses, miraculously not affecting the rest.

Sliding a pair of ice tongs from his sleeve, he held open one side of his coat and extracted several ice cubes from a pocket. He dropped them one-by-one into the glass, stuck a slice of lemon on its rim, placed a tiny umbrella in it, and offered it to Jasmine.

"After a fashion." Jasmine murmured in response to Brodi's comment, blinking at the mute before thanking him and taking the glass.

Picking up one of the smaller ice cubes, Jasmine looked at it for a moment before popping it into her mouth, savouring the sudden shock of the cold that blew the fog from her brain.

"Good morning sunshine! And how are we today?" Sakura couldn't help but ask as Jasmine came in. Her bright and cheery facade seemed to annoy Jasmine, but she couldn't care less, not right now anyway. Picking up the plate of pancakes, she offered it to Jasmine. "Fancy any pancakes? We've saved you and Rychon a couple each."

"Don't smother her with too much good will. We all how that will work out in the end..." He said, but quickly remembered something from the night he spent up. "Do we know what happened to the others that were at the bar last night?"

"Oh psh, they're just a couple of pancakes... Great tasting pancakes..." Swiveling on her feet so she now faced Brodi, she offered him the remaining pancakes. "Want them instead? And no idea about the others, but I'm sure we'll run into them eventually."

"Thanks for the offer and no offense, but I am not a big eater," he said after taking a large swig of water. "Did you happen to come across any strange hooded wanders yet?"

Queequeg swept a black cloak over himself and hobbled with an exaggerated limp across the kitchen, crooking his fingers like a ghoul. He made a snarling noise and clawed at Brodi.

"It's all right, Rychon is gone now and I know she is scary." He said to the mute, unsure of what he was truly trying to say... "Oh!!! You think creepy guy from last night threw them in well Lassie?!?!" He said excitedly, but sarcasticly at the same time. "Seeing as Scalik and Rychon, I am guessing, are related, I guess I wasn't too far off the first time, aye? And don't worry Lassie we will get them out of the well later if need be." He said, but was still in awe of his own niceness...

He threw the cloak off in alarm and dashed from the building. A moment later, a splash could be heard as he dove into a well outside.

Almost on cue, Scalik walked past the window outside, whistling as he went. With his reward from Rychon and a new commission, he was light-hearted indeed. Then, a short ways down, something small and hard hit him in the shoulder.

"Bloody Hell!" He cried, looking above him. His eyes met the solemn darkness of a hooded face and the brightness of a mischievious smile. The hooded figure sat casually on the railing of a balcony, tossing a bag between her slender, dark hands. Scalik wasn't the brightest of humans, but he certainly knew that this was not one of his kind. He stood straighter and readied his dagger.

"A Fae," He spat. "Whad'ye wan' outta me?"

"You met an interesting group of people last night, did you not?" The hooded one tossed down the bag. "Make life hard for them. You will get one bag for every one of them you kill. Agreed?"

"I don' get yer games, Faery," Said Scalik. "But ye ain't foolin' me. Ah know ya."

The smile did not flicker for even a moment, but the woman flipped off of the railing and went inside. Scalik scowled and continued on his way.

"..............I'll be right back." he gave Sakura a quick kiss. three hand signs, a burst of chakra, an he was gone, a black streak flitting through the halls. i know that pressance. the last time i felt it, terrible things happened an i couldnt stop them. but that was a long time ago. this time will be diferent! he stopped in the dooway behind said dark an hooded figure. "i dont know if you remember me or not, but i remember you. and i know you're up to no good. wat are you planning."

Queequeg returned a moment later, soaked from head to toe, leaving a wet trail into the kitchen. He cast a nasty glare at Brodi as he passed.

Her confusion was further added to as she recognised his hand signals. He obviously wanted to be somewhere very quickly, and she could only wonder as to what that place could be.

"I don't know. I'd say you're guess is as good as mine, Brodi... "

After thinking about it for bit, Brodi noticed that there was definitely a new presence and it was near Flameboy's. "I'll be right back," he said to Sakura and Jaz as he vanished and appeared around a corner behind Neo. He stood and watched closely to ensure nothing to terrible would happen.
