"Whaddevah floadzzzzzzyer boat, Bro," Said Scalik with a shrug. He turned back to the tavern and headed to a side entrance.

A man staying at the inn woke with a nervous start. He'd dreamed a burglar had come to the room. He sat up and looked around, and seeing nothing, he attempted to sleep again. After a while of tossing he surrendered to wakefulness and rifled through his belongings.

His money was gone.

Cursing his luck and the inn, he stormed down to the lobby.

After finally getting rid of Scalik, they headed to the Inn. "Can we get another room? Any Preference Jaz?"

Jasmine shrugged drunkenly, peering up at the inn. "One with a windeh." She murmured, her eyelids drooping.

"There ya go" he said to the Inn Kepper

"A windows it is, 3rd floor to the right" the inn keeper said.

"Thank you," he said, "Come on, let's go Jaz." He attempted to lead her upstairs with difficulty.

"This is an outrage!" Screamed a man as he stormed down the stairs past the two latecomers. He made a beeline toward the exhausted looking innkeeper. "My money's gone! What kind of business are you running? I had thirty-six gold pieces with me, and I expect to get every damn piece of it back!"

Brodi laughed to himself as he headed up the stairs hearing the man at the desk. He knew it was probably someone he had met, and he had a couple prime choices. "He we go Jasmine," he said as he finally reached he room. "I am not too far away if you need anything, and for Ishtar's sake lock up all the doors and windows. I don't want to have to watch you the whole night." He knew she wouldn't probably understand his comment, but it made sense in his head.

after getting more and more tired as the dragging to the inn commenced, coupling with the drunkedness, Jasmine was not in the best of shape.
"But I wanna flyyy, B'odiiiiii..." She mumbled, slumping onto the floor and watching wide-eyed as her hand grew feathers. " I'm a birdy B'odi!" She giggled, holding it up where he could see the black feathers sprouting.

"Ohh geez I am seriously gonna have to spend all night with you, aren't I?" Brodi said to Jasmine as he lifted her off the ground and put her in her bed. "Just fall asleep before I make ya, and I will just sit in this nice cozy chair to prevent any issues."

"Ooh, scales..." Jasmine continued staring at her hand while the feathers disappeared and scales ripples out onto her fingers.
"B'oooodiiiii, where're my mum'n'daad?" She slurred, rolling on her stomach and looking up at him blearily before thinking for a moment and looking down at the floor. "I don't got none..." Her head raised again, and her wavering gaze fixed upon Brodi's face. Or what she thought was his face, which was actually the wall just beyond his face, but close enough. "I didn' even c'y for 'em, B'odi... I don't got no parents an' I couldn' even c'y for 'em, B'odi...."

((iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii figured I'd pull Jasmine out of her comfort zone a bit... will only be one a little for the next coupla' weeks (exaaaaaaaaaaams!

"I assume in some black endless voyd of nothing..." he said quietly. "I mean they are dead and so they are any where you want them to be, I suppose. I may seem like I know a lot, but not much about afterlife... Here drink this." he said as he made a drink appear in his hand and gave it to her. "Sometimes it is better not to cry, it makes life easier for the moment. Eventually you will find a way of dealing with it. Anything else you want to know? I am sure I have opinion about anything you bring up." He said in one swift almost sarcastic tone.

((Makes my life more interesting. I love how this is now stickied though ^^))

Jasmine peered at the drink for a moment before holding her hand out for it.
"Wha' you thin' I should do abbit ((about)) th' council when they fin' me?" She giggled at the prospect, her hand wavering until she frowned at it. "They said they could make me go fah 'way if I o'erstayed curfew, an' that they'd ban me f'om seein' anyone iffin' I did..." The frown stayed on her face as she contemplated the floor.

"Well I suppose most of what they say is only half hearted. I honestly doubt they could do all that they say they can. Even if they did I would still find a way of visiting you. If it makes you feel better. " He sighed a little, trying to think. "Will you drink that already! Don't worry about, things will go as things go."

((He is showing a nicer side because he knows she wont remember and even if she did, she wouldn't say anything. ))

Jasmine took the glass and looked at it one last time before shrugging and skulling the strange liquid.
"I'm tired, B'odi..." She slurred as her head drooped and the glass bounced and rolled to the floor, coming to rest against the table leg.

"Boy am I glad I gave her that, if she kep on asking me questions I don't know what I would have said." He said to himself as he tucked Jasmine into her bed, picked up the glass, and then took a seat and waited for morning.

When the Innkeeper awoke in the morning, a good while before any of his guests were likely to, he unlocked the various important drawers. He counted his money, he found that he had exactly one patron's worth short. He swore under his breath until he noticed that the key to room 3g, a room he had rented to a strange hooded character the night before, had materialized in its original position, exactly as he had found it the night before when the hooded one had arrived.

"Must've been a dream...." Muttered the Innkeeper. Now he had to find some way of dealing with the many thefts last night. For a moment he considered some of the more suspicious guests, but waved it off; they were far too drunk to commit a crime requiring skill.

Meanwhile, Rychon walked onto the main street of the Underground, yawning and stretching as she went. She'd gotten another cloak, but here, where humans walked free, she casually threw back the hood and wore it a little more like a cape. Her clothing was slightly more sophisticated then before, without holes or stains. It still hadn't been too long since her bath at House Pennaeho, so Rychon was still fairly clean.

Absent-mindedly, she combed her hand through her hair and looked around the city. A few people were beginning to wake and go about their homes, but few were walking about. There was still a while to go, but Rychon knew her job would be easy--provided Scalik had carried out his end of the deal.

After a long time sitting in the dark of Jasmine's room he noticed the sun peaking through the curtain. "Damnit now I am gonna have to somehow watch over a bunch hungover, lightweight young ones." He muttered under his breath as he stood up and stretched. "At least she wont be that bad."

Xsan cursed as he sat up, he was NEVER going to a bar, EVER EVER EVER!! again.....Though he didn't suffer from a hangover, he had no idea what stupid stuff he most likely did... He got out of his cloths, and took a hot shower, then getting back into cleaner cloths, and plopping back down onto the bed, with a heavy sigh.

He made himself a glass of water and attempted to her if anyone was out and about. He heard nothing. "That's good, maybe they will sleep the day away." he thought to himself.

Jasmine woke to find the sun assaulting her eyes most violently, and promptly made a loud, definitely not feminine-like noise and fell off the opposite side of the bed.
"Why's it morning already?" She groaned, putting her hand to her head to see if it was actually throbbing as it felt like.
