Not that it's really any consolation, but my Dad's missed my birthday twice for work (both times on weekends)?
I only watch one or two shows at a time regularly (not at the same time... that would be difficult, as we have the one TV), but Supernatural is my drug of choice

Damn that Writers' Strike! I'm glad it's over now. I suppose in a way, we're fortunate to have everything broadcasted after you guys, cos it means less of a wait while the writers are on strike. So we're still seeing everything you guys probably saw months ago!

Won't you still have to wait though? If there is a delay in seeing the same shows, won't you just have a bigger delay now?

Maybe... Maybe by the time they've finished airing all the current season's of everything right now, the writers will have written the next season and it'll all have been filmed and ready to be aired and and... We'll get to see it without having to wait...
