Ever been asked to attend a Comic con?

Jason,
Hey have you ever been asked to attend a comic conference? I mean you know... one of those things that shamelessly ask you to come and possibly sell your wares while they charge money for people to have the privelege of meeting you in the flesh... Or the lesser ones that charge money to meet you with your clothes on?
Well OK I want to know if such a thing would interest you and under what circumstances you might agree to participate... (and yes... I CAN handle a shotgun....) Just Curious.... It's a CAT thing...

I have not been asked to attend a con yet. I would LOVE to go to one, and all that I ask is that my expenses for said con would be paid for. (Travel and lodging, I wouldn't expect for them to pay for my meals, that's what fans are for.)

Yes well, we ARE cool cartoonists, and fans do so like cool cartoonists....

...god, I feel like such a fraud, aside from alberta clippers nothing cool comes from the Dakotas.
