This is a line from "Tribulation", a ludicrous Christian movie you can find more about at http://cloudtenpictures.com .
Basically, the Antichrist is quoting, well, <a href="http://www.biblegateway.com/cgi-bin/bible?passage=REV%2B13%3A7&showfn=on&showxref=on&language=english&version=KJV&x=5&y=10">Revelation 13</a> (which talks about a 10-headed dragon, which people apparently believe means the Antichrist), except he replaces "him" with "me", thereby indicating that he is said person.
Why?
BECAUSE HE'S EVIL!

Needles to say*, the lines are delivered in a comical hammy way. This has caused me and Angelo to say them constantly for the last several months, but we only knew part ("And it was given unto me to make war on the saints!").

Finally, I rented the actual movie and we got to hear the line in it's full meladramatic unprofessional jesus-you-people've-never-made-a-movie-before-have-you way!
