The "two million dollars" thing is from the Clerks cartoon (see it).

The doomspot is a nerve center on either side of your body, about parallel to your bellybutton. Get someone else to poke it for you.

Aah yes, we have that. Never heard it called 'doomspots' before though. I think I generally call it 'that proddy thing'...

Well, I made up the name Doomspot, so its lack of usage in the UK is not surprising.

Yes there is, though apparently they just show the same couple shows over and over again.

I don't actually have it per se. My grandparents do (premium channels).

Hey, today Sarah and I were at the Renaissance Faire and there was this guy who was supposed to be Scottish. Guess which animal he talked about. Go on! GUESS!
