Nah. See, when reality changes, Chronarium doesn't.

So even if there's no good reason for the Chronarium to be in the new spot, it's still there. Because it didn't change to match the new reality.

Chronarium contradicts reality, that would mean it doesn't exist in the real world, making the patchwork heroes world automatically non-real, or imaginary!

Just pointing out the obvious.

What I'm thinking is that Ecchs did something that made a reality where Timebender is really evil, or under his control. But, with MF and LL in the green goop, they were uneffected. I can kinda see a 'back to the futrue' trying to talk to someone aobut something hilarity starting.

Hehe, I'll bite, I'm actually in suspense. Any particular reason the comic hasn't been updating this week? Or am I just too early and forgetting that we did update recently, because I can't remember when this comic came up?

My sister came into town this week, and I was busy hanging out with her and not comicking. I thought I'd made a little textbox thingie, but apparantly I forgot.

Comics will be coming on Monday, with the assurance that nothing is actually wrong, I'm just foolish.

Well, that clears up the mystery... (by which I mean the 'Timebender is Evil?!' mystery) More or less, anyway.

Or is it necessarily evil to be a Majestic Empress? Some of the most successful, happy nations of all time were run by Emperors... (Note: only some; Rome, for example)

Well, in the backgroud, one of the graffiti writings says down with the heroes with something illegibal scratched out. Once again, possibly a translation from the graffiti writings friv?

YELLOW: Down with the Empress!
BLUE: Jessie is a ho!
RED: (Empress is scratched out.) Heroes!
BLUE: Pirates (followed by symbol)
GREEN: Sneaky Ned Was Here

Its so obvious. Phil is in the back there, as what might be the top of a robot drone. I guess the doc's a hero in this timeline, while amber is the villain?

So she's an antihero now? That makes sense for this world, but begs the question of WHY Ecchs would want her to be an antihero. You'd think he'd want her to be a villain. I guess its because he doesn't want competition?

Old guy in purple is back! Lets get overkill and darkness guy back also. I'm thinking that there are no Lucky and Mayfly counterparts in this reality. Just a guess tho.

Wait, LOCKDOWN?!?! This reality isn't so much parallel as at 90 degrees, huh? Lockdown's not the kind of character to choose the lesser of two evils, so I can only assume that she's not as hard-line in this universe...

Wait, didn't we have some hint earlier in the story that there was something dodgy about Lucky? I remember the bit about power ratings, where Lucky comes out with a fairly odd balance, but wasn't there more to it than that?

I am now very intrigued....

I see someone beath me to the dun dun duunnnn. This explains Lucky's V rating amd why he was cool to let mayfly on the team. Tho i guess i was wrong about that 'noluckymayflything' which is cool/
