Okay, with my first little storyline starting to wrap up (there's still a bit more to go though) I'm wondering, would you people like more little storylines like this?

In other words, do you prefer storylines or do you prefer daily gags with me bouncing around from one character to the next? Either way would work for me, so I'm wondering what you people think.

I think you should do both, as yo useem to be able to do both well. A few loose gags, and then another storyline. Lather, rinse, repeat.
I do think your next storyline could use some more twists and turns, though. It was funny, sure, but in the end, it feels like nothing much happened...

Yeah, that's what I'll probably do...loose gags with a storyline every once in a while. I was just making sure the storylines weren't boring people or turning them off.

I agree with specterz and myself prefer a mix of gag comics and storylines.... I guess alternating... a storyline runs its course, and before the next one picks up there's a few comics of just gags, to seperate the stories...

Actually I'm debating...I'll probably kick off another little storyline next week...I'm not sure whether to do another monkey/sheep one, or to do a little one to introduce a new character. Hmmmmm.

Personallly, I say stick with Monkey/Sheep, but take it slow.

Don't let them see eachother too soon! I would make it a running gag. Like Link never getting a kiss. (I'm embarassed to say I loved that cartoon.)

I'm sure you'd already planned that, though.

And storylines rock.

Yeah...they probably won't meet too soon...when and if they do I want the storyline to be just right, so I won't rush that.
