So wait, will this be a whole new comic, or a continuation of Hindsight? I just found this comic and I'm not sure if I should bother going through all the archives or just start reading from today ^^

well... it's the same characters and it picks up about where hindsight ended. but it's going to be told in a different manner I guess.
I would say going back to read the old comic would be only if you want some character development. I'm going to get summaries and charater bios up on the web page very soon, so you could just read that. the choice is really up to you.

or you could ask some of the other people who read it.

As a fan of Hindsight I would suggest reading the archive. But that is just because I think it's a good comic worth reading through. I don't know how much applies to the new comic but it's still worth a read.
