Use a bit o' the math.
The circumference of a circle is 2*pi*r. All you have to do is design the top of your Ghost with a certain radius, and plug it into the equation. So, for simplicity's sake, say you came out with a circle with a circumference of 4 inches (the radius is 2/pi... no, I don't know why you did that). All you do is make a line of /// that's 4 inches long. Then wrap it into a circle of radius 2/pi. I think you can do that in AutoCAD... and that's the only 3D modeling deal I've ever used... so... y'know... get to it.

And of course I jump in to answer this being the resident Pac-expert here on Keenspace.
Yes, there were several 3D Pac-man games. Here's a list:
Pac-mania - This was a quasi-3D Pac-man game. Pretty much it used a tilted overhead angle (kinda' like Zaxxon) and 3D looking models of Pac-man and the ghost.
Pac-man VR - This was a very limited and barely know Virtual Reality Pac-man game that few have played.
Namco Classic Collection Vol 2 - This pretty much was an arcade machine that allowed you to play the original arcade versions of Dig Dug, Pac-man, and Rally X, or brand new updated versions of the games. The Pac-man game used 3D rendered craphics, but the gameplay was pretty much traditional Pac-man gameplay with an overhead view.
Pac-man World 20th Aniversary - This is a cool 3D platform game starring Pac-man. The gameplay really wasn't very Pac-manish, but it was 3D and it was fun.
Pac-man: Adventures in Time: This was a 3D Pac-man game with true Pac-man gameplay. You ran around a tilted 3D maze eating power pellots, ghosts, dots, ect....
Ms. Pac-man Maze Madness: Mix Ms. Pac-man with a puzzle game like Pengo or Lolo and you get this game. It is also 3D.
There you go.
------------------
