Rushed comics

I seriously doubt anybody's going to shove shards of Britney Spears CDs into your eyes if you don't give us our daily dose of Ghostz. We're an understanding lot, not given to fits of rage in which we tie you to a tree and shoot hard-boiled kittens up your ass with a tennis ball launcher. I'd dare say most of us are students ourselves, and can certainly sympathize with the occasional need to break all your promises to your adoring public and do something as trivial as study.What I'm really trying to say is, no worries. We'll still be here, waiting, lead pipes and Suddenly Susan reruns in hand, even if you have to skip a day or two for personal reasons that we don't really give a damn about, 'cause we're just here to be entertained (and I guess you'll have to do, since (Bog help us all!) there doesn't seem to be any better choice).Or, put another way, we'd understand if your life, every once in a while, took precedence to the strip...you know, like you had to take five minutes to stop thinking of ways to entertain us. For sex, or beer, or something.I just wanted to share that with you, so you'd know that we're behind you (right behind you, with ropes and rusty fishhooks that are just begging to be used), no matter what happens (so don't bother trying the restraining orders).Happy dreams, and don't sleep with one eye open, or it'll make me crazy and I'll have to kill you in your sleep and cut you up into little pieces and bury you under the floorboards, only I won't tell the cops like that stupid guy in that "Tell-Tale Heart" story.M'kay loveya bu-bye!

And actually, that "Kick his ass" in the last panel feels right. It's got just the right amount of heft.

I haven't had much time at all to write or draw Ghostz this week. Today's comic is the worst so far, that last panel sucks so much that I wouldn't be surprised if the backstreet boys used it as an album cover.I hope that by the end of next week I'll have found a new groove between attending classes, studying (two things I didn't bother doing last year) and cartooning.------------------

Ok, I don't speak Dutch, I don't have a pair of wooden shoes, but I liked this week's topic. I just wrote it off as an insult to anime.------------------

Thanks Diji, but don't worry, I'm not afraid of you wimps. Uh wait, what I meant to say was that knowing you guys'll understand doesn't make me feel less bad when I miss one. That's why I'm so glad I haven't missed one yet (editor's note: Since starting again in september of course)! Fear me! Etc! (and yes I realise that means counting the aardvark picture and Nancy flashing you as comics)But if college would become too overwhelming for a while, Ghostz will have to take a backseat for a moment. I neglected my studies last year and as a result, well as a result there werent many results to write home about. That's not going to happen this year.------------------

Mark,your comic basis must be exausting,I'm thinking of bringing my bad comic to keenspace,but I don't think I will be able to
actually update daily....X_X.Yeah,my basis of comic making is bad.

It works wonders.------------------
