A Compilation of My Old Stuff

Post by astropod five »

Between 2001 and 2006, I created and abandoned about ten different webcomics, mostly on ComicGenesis. A few of them still exist at their old locations (because I forgot the passwords to the accounts) and a few of them have been lost forever in a hard drive crash. I recently decided to find them and bring them up, just to show that, to borrow the phrase, my webcomics were bad and I should have felt bad. Consider it advice on what not to do. Presented with commentary and occasional comic snark, my terrible old comics:

Hahahahaha, and, aww. Makes me miss the good old things, where it felt like everything that flow'd from my hand was gold, like I was some weird artistical Midas or something. I wish I had kept more of my scrawl from middle school, unfortunately in a fit of embarassment around the middle of eighth grade I fed most of them to the shredder and now they're all just a memory.

Oh, those wacky preteens and their sensitive viewpoints.

To be honest, reading those felt like I was twelve again. In a good way. I don't know why. What's your current stuff like?

There's some up on my main web site (http://www.milowissig.com) but I haven't done much work on the new comics projects, unfortunately. It's mostly just illustrations and paintings.
