The name of the comic is STANDARD DEVIATION.
It centers around the lives of two sophomores and the "college experience". Sorry no anime, fantasy, or magical creatures here. But there is a dog, so you should still check it out.

Feedback messages and emails are always welcome. Link swapping is welcome too. Hope you all enjoy it!

I love it! The art is very clean and the humor is outstanding... not only does it remind me of college, but I feel like I'm reading an older version of Calvin & Hobbes...

I would love to link swap.. (PM me)

Also I have a comic strip up for pitch if you'd care to check it out! (see "Strip'ers" pitch)

Fantastic comic, almost EVERY comic made me giggle if not fall into a fit of laughter. I did get confused on some of the speech bubbles not exactly sure what laws are governing them, you may want to fix that. Otherwise fantastic job, im sure mr eff will be the first of many asking for link swaps with your awesome comic.

That's 'cause it was supposed to be average, and I failed at typing. (I like the title)

Do you?

Yea, I'm trying to steer away from that stereotype that most college webcomics fall into. I think now that the foundation has been laid out that the comic can start going in the right direction.

But in my defense... Drinking and girl chasing is what the first few weeks are about until it all catches up and forces you to settle in.

If you're a heterosexual guy, sure. :P

I liked the early morning test one. So true.

G'day.

Gave it a read through...I think I quite like the style of the art and the characters...easy on the eye and pretty fun.

I wasn't as taken with the humour. Sort of predictable for what I was expecting, but a few of them were quite good. The current one about the volume clicker I liked. Not quite as predictable.

I'm willing to give this one a longer try. I'm not a big reader, but if something pricks my interest, I prefer to give it a few months to really hook me into long term stuff. I'll give this one a go.

I don't think a link exchange is appropriate though. The use of language sort of cuts it out for me.

Good start though.

Cheers.

I'm trying to get away from predictable. Its hard to come up with good material though at the "college" I'm at that are universally applicable.

Thanks alot!

I'm trying to think of a good way to redo the website to fit the comic better.

Anybody have ideas?

Sonnofabitch...your college webcomic is funny. Possibly funnier than mine. I'm definitely adding this onto "the list".
And I agree most of your early stuff is "booze and women" but there's such variety in there that it totally works in my opinion. It's the same ultra basic premise, but not the same jokes rehashed over and over again.

Thanks!

I just revamped the index and daily pages. Still have to update all the other pages though. I think it looks 100% better now.

I liked it. It remended me of another comic that I used to enjoy that, sadly, isn't up anymore. College humor always tickles my funny bone. Dunno why.
Random happenings make up the epic adventure called life.
Follow Sam through his. It'll be fun.
Maybe.

I think it's pretty good. It started out kinda slow, but I stuck with it, and I think the story line is getting better. I definitely like how you started putting it in color, it looks even better. Keep it up!

SP.

P.S. The comic layout now is much better vertically. It's easier to navigate.
