School Spirit - End of Year Series

Post by Dutch! »

G'day. I think I pitched a few months or so ago when it reached 200, but it's the End of Year Series starting today, so I thought it appropriate to throw the hat in the ring again.

The next pitch won't be until either the two year anniversary in June or the 300 mark (which may actually coincide...have to check the calendar...)

So...

From today until New Year's School Spirit will run its annual End of Year Series featuring stand alone and (generally) larger strips than the regulars. These will cover such things as holidays, Christmas, swimming, a School Spirit Report, and an End of Year Cast Photo. Regular strips will recommence from the beginning of January with number 222.

So come and have a look at what the kids are getting up to. The current strip is about an end of year excursion to the pool...something that I take my own grade to at the end of each year.

Cheers.

Every year (well, last year and now), I put up a stip with the kids and an end of year report. In these cases, the report is made up of comments the strip has received during the year.

Yes, this strip breaks the fourth wall a little bit, but in this case it's being broken from without, not within.

Give it a look if you're interested.

Cheers.

I could immediatly tell which quote was mine, I just don't remember EVER saying that...

Kudos on the strip Dutch. And let me know when you get near that 300 mark, I'll have to do another guest strip for ya.

Trust me...you made the quote! :)

I've just checked the calendar and done a quick count...adding in a few Specials throughout the year, I think 300 comes somewhere around the 20th of July...if I squeeze a few more Specials in, it might actually fall on my birthday on the 29th...

Lots of work before then though...

Cheers.

Crap, I lied,

Due to the Todd and Penguin strip, everything got pushed back.

Possibly on Monday it'll be up.

Sorry bout that.

Coolies. I'll try to remember to wander across on Sunday...(Monday for me, I think...). Anyway...I'll have a Captain Cook early next week and see what you've got, eh?

Cheers.
