No.

This is not in response to your comic, mind you, merely in response to your request.

Layout: non-existant - one actually has to look to find the comic...

that is not a good thing

Style o' comic: non-existant - random doodles?

that is not a good thing, but this is present in some CG comics too...

besides - isn't this place only for keenspace/comicgen comics?

Nope. The issue was forced a while ago and it was ultimately decided that Comic Pitching is open to anyone with a webcomic (as long as they regard the rules, natch).

So, you want a horrible tag line for your comic? Let's try :

"If you are the kind of person who enjoys having sodering irons heated to the exact temperture of the sun shoved into your eye sockets after some one has just came and stabbed your eyes out with a blunt rusty dagger, and then have a 94 year old male prosititute rape what remains of your eye sockets, all while you are being lowered into a tank filled with hydrochloric acid and pirhanas that have been pumped with steroids, all while the theme music from Barney the Dinsosaur is played nonstop in the background, then this is your kind of comic."

Have fun with that.

"This comic is not good."

I hope that's direct enough.

I can see how it is hard to see the big letters that say "Read the Webcomic" real big right there in the middle of the page..
It also helps if you read the words as well as looking at the pictures... While there is purposely no plot or real story, it is certainly not random doodles. They are carefully planned doodles.

And you never mentioned how awful it was...
Nope, wrong. This is a perfectly legitimate criticism. Apparently you're aiming for "worst webcomic site" as well. See Joel Fagin's tutorials on web design to see how you should put your comic site together, most importantly, having the comic on the front page.

Also, parading your webcomic around as the "worst ever" sounds more like craving pity than a marketing tool.

Here's a tagline: "The website's bad! The adverising's bad! Isn't it possible that the comic's bad too? You won't know, because either the website or the advertising turned you off before even getting that far! It's crazy!"

The site itself is so awful I don't even need to find the comic to know how bad it must be.

A review isn't a single sentence description.
