This is "Safety Goggles," which is about a handful of mad-scientists-in-the-making as they attend college.
The art is pretty bad for the first thirty some-odd strips, back when for some reason I decided drawing with a dip pen was a good idea, despite never having done any sort of work with a dip pen.

Hey, gotta start somewhere, right? I remember my first comic using a dip pen...on REGULAR printer paper. And I had a lot of blacks. It was a mess. A great big mess. What do you use now, just digital?
