Yes, alive and well. Tired but given. Tristan has his nights and days mixed up but we're working on that.

Please feel free to call and chat. PLEASE. I get bored sometimes 8-) Leave a message and we'll call back after feedings, diaper changes....ya get the picture.

Send all emails to Ryan if you will. I'm still on restriction with the stairs and etc. First time up in a week. I'm soo suffering from 'net withdrawl. D:
