Hey, just thought I'd keep you all posted on my goings on. I don't talk much, but you know, I felt like sharing. Also I don't start topics very often, so I figured I was due.

(This was half inspired by chat, half inspired by not being able to work on the Magical Mystery thing until my turn comes around, and half inspired by not having a camera nice enough to make a submission for that Doctor Horrible thing.

Oh, BEC, clearly you're missing out on a very simple scientific principle with them:

you don't have gummy bears fusing the different DNA strands together. It's an essential building block for this kind of thing.

Most mad scientists start off frustrated.

They get their funding cut off, blackmail, "You just don't see the big picture!", being picked on in grade school/university, losing parents at an early age, etc.

I thought the joke was that he meant the building blocks pun was something for Joel, but she just took it wrong. I may be wrong though...
