The smirking canine is a good fit for the admin who has a reputation as a meat-eater but is overall a touch too goofy to truly earn that reputation (not that she won't kick your ass (please don't ban me)). The stark black and white contrast is appealing, but again we're confronted with a left-facing avatar that doesn't match with the more straightforward nature of the subject. This would probably take away points, but flattery goes a long way.
