When really attractive people stand around talking about how "ugly" they are.

But what if I really believe I'm ugly?

some people just don't understand it's not easy being really really really ridiculously good looking.

"Isn't it a beautiful day?"
"I dunno, I'm so fat I block out the sun."

says you.

I don't like people stomping up stairs. I try to be as quiet as i can when walking up steps or just plain walking.

No Lady standing around the mall, in that ugly fuzzy boots/micro skirt combo actually believes their ugly. Not unless they have some sort of complex or something... Then I kinda feel bad.

Well, I'd weight the possibility.

Even people we admire have insecurities.

THAT is one of my pet peeves. Those boots, Uggs, combined with a skirt.

WHAT THE HELL?!? If you're wearing fuzzy boots you are cold. If you are wearing a skirt you are not cold. Stop being schizo and pick a temperature to be. Plus it looks clunky and ugly.

Unfortunately, I've been hatin' on Uggs for years, and they show no sign of going away. I love how ratty they all look by February; I take a certain delight in knowing that the people who have spent $200+ on the damned things will do so every year because of their unsuitability to Canadian winters.

Anybody wearing a skirt during Canadian winters is one of my pet peeves! Specially here in Sask! It gets Fuggin COLD! I mean... Your standing outside a club in some Latex/vinyl Micro Mini ... And unless you gots yourself a damn long coat - You look stupid!

Not saying I've never done that before... but still.

Canadians represent! :D

I've worn a skirt in the winter before. Really, wearing a skirt with stockings and knee-high boots isn't much chillier than just wearing jeans and short boots. But, I'll grant you, it was a relatively sensible skirt. I don't understand the miniskirt-in-Canadian-winter thing, no.

(Oh, jeez, if we're griping about fashion, how about tight-tights with no skirt? Just a shirt and tights? I really don't think there's any way to make that look not-repulsive, and my uni's campus is full of people who don't seem to grasp this.)

... People Do that!?
And think it looks Good? How Odd.
I've never seen it before, I don't particularly want to...

Skirts? Where I come from, we call things that narrow belts.

I can only assume that they're doing so to show men their pantylines...?

No really, I'm serious. Why else would you wear a pair of tights with no other covering, while not playing a part in a show that required it?

So to clarify, there are boys in this thread who have a pet peeve surrounding girls wearing skirts. OK. ComicGenesis is gay. Got it.

Typically done with a tunic. It can look all right.

I think the point is not against skirts, but against teeny, I'm-such-a-slut-but-don't-look-at-my-cooter-or-I'll-file-sexual-harssment skirts. Esp. when gross, skanky, disease-riddled girls wear them. There's nothing sexy about your herpes poking outta your drawers like a hundred tiny testicles, dear!

Seems the pet peeve should be "People who don't get their STD's treated."

Kolter, Laemkral's a boy, and this has come up before.

Unfortunately, they do it with regular shirts (I think the tunic look is okay, too), which does not look all right.

Tunics are pretty hot.
