I use the word poisoned for peanuts because it essentially is poison. But food poisoning is when I'm served tainted food. I geuss I shoulda said food poinsoning.
It was not the alcohol that you gave me. I got trashed like that at Anthrocon and didn't get gastro-intestinal dischord like that. And you're the one that drinks bourbon alone, you pot.
Only cognac, and only when my life falls apart and Veronica Mars alone won't fix it.

You know they film some of that at my university. I've actually walked past them while they block off important sections so they can film. Even if its a hassle to those of us actually using the university for its intended purpose...

They used to, anyway.
Their willingness to sacrifice your education for my entertainment makes me love the show all the more. Fucking CW.

I've got a degree in Criminal Justice headed my way. You can't outsource policing. It'll be pretty hard for a sweatshop in Malaysia to investigate murders and robberies here in the states. Same goes for the military, though Lord knows that private enterprise has worked VERY hard at convincing the government to outsource most of what we do.
Pick a career in law, medicine, or the military and you've got a stable job market because people will always break the law, always get sick, and always want to wage a war.

Pick a position that requires hands-on and you're fine.
I do a lot of hands on repair at my job; you can outsource tech support, but the guy in the other country can't actually pull the system board out, or rewire the patch panel.
