Here's how it works:

If you're at least 50% certain you are coming, then register. The choices are 50%, 75%, and 100%.

If you become 75% or 100% sure you're coming, just RE-REGISTER with the new info. This holds true for about anything - change your webcomic and want it changed on the cookout page? Reregister. Decide you're renting a hotel room and you weren't sure before, or know you're rooming with someone and weren't sure before, just re-register.

I catch the reregistrations and can make the changes necessary.

If you're 100% sure you're coming, and you need to reserve a hotel room, please do so, but please pay the fee around the same time so there isn't a big disconnect between rooms reserved and people who actually have paid.
