Hell-fucking-yes! They're making a Pratchett movie!

That said, I wonder how well they can convert it...

Mini series, I believe, made by Sky Television - who apparently have a bad rep for this sort of thing. Still, Pratchett was on hand and the casting seems good.

Out this Christmas.

They've got a visit from Nobbs. I think that's all it needs.

And a visit from Constable Visit.

Although I can't say I approve of the casting for Nobby though.

I don't think you'd ever get someone short enough, thin enough and ugly enough in the right way all at once. He'd be incredibly hard to get perfect.

I dunno, I reckon Mackenzie Crook could pull it off.

To get Nobby perfect, they'd probably have to CG him in like Gollum or something.

Heck, just use Gollum. Change the skin colour, give him hair... Perfect!

True. Add in some cigarette-butts behind the ear, and voila.

Te-ah-tim-eh.

Personally, I can't wait to see the Auditors. I hope they get them boring enough.

I wouldn't mind Tony Robinson either.

This site is calling David Jason 'Sir Jason' and that is really annoying me because they've completely screwed up the reference style. It's either David Jason, Sir David or Sir David Jason! NOT Sir Jason.

However this turns out, I really really want to see it! Damnit, I don't live in the UK . . . they better shove this thing on a dvd fast so I can buy it and watch it!

But that's not all I've heard about Pratchett movies. Scroll to the bottom of this page.

I looked up the credit on imdb. There's no info available to the public, but the title is there, so the movie itself is real . . .
