Click here to see the Main World Images for round 2, and round 1, which is now closed.

The spaces marked "Free to new or buy..." are free to new players when they join. If they are not taken by a new player after a week or so then the other players can buy that land for the marked price.
Pt stands for Points.

Just save the main world image and cut out the land you want so that it looks like this:
Image

Please put your name at the top of your land. I don't care what font it is as long as we can read it. You'll start out with 2 points. Put that in the bottom right corner, in the white space. You will mostly be keeping up with your own points.

Say in this thread what land you are taking.

Players cannot alter anything outside of their property. This includes the white space at the top and bottom. This is name and point space only.

Post your land images in this thread. I will take them and put them in the main world images. Updates will be once a day, around 10:30 Eastern whatchacallit time.

The round will end once all the land is owned. Unless everyone just stops playing or runs out of ideas. There will be a vote on when to end round 2.

Am I forgetting anything?

Oh yes, There will be no more than 7 players in this round!

We'll got me a piece of land at last... a lil hilly, but nothing a good shovelsful of diggin' wont take care of... put those earth wall braces in and I'm in business! Wooo... look at the cloud of dust I've raised! I hope it doesnt block out the sun too much....

Day 1 -

Image

That morning, I spent time surveying the land, looking at the property value and deciding what to build and how. So, the plan was that I'd flatten the land down a little using the steep mountain land. Got my shovel, started digging a nice hole in which to implant the explosives. I ran for it back on the safer part of the ledge, waited, and moments later the explosion ripped though my land. Successfully, the land fell, but at the cost of my shovel. I can't find it anymore. D:

Drat. I asked for #2 in the other thread, but I guess requests from there don't count :(

I'll take #5 then.

That's probably why stinky mentioned he was creating another thread... then said as people ignored him "Let the land grab begin!" with the link to the new thread and "Say in this thread what land you are taking" in this thread.

But really, not here trying to make anyone feel or look stupid, just posting some clarity I hope :-?

We are the Mycon.
We will gladly spread Juffo-Wup to a new world.
We would like to plant our child in the lot #3.

(OOC: I take full responsibility for starting the viral outbreak of land claiming in the last thread, sorry about that. )

The implantation fleet has assembled in orbit above the green world.
The Child is prepared for its birthing trip
Release!

Image

The Deep Child falls from the Void, gathering speed for the penetration
The tough casing warms as it passes through the atmosphere, glowing white as it hits the surface.

Image

The surface rock melts and shatters. The child was stopped short on its way to the depth. But the broken rock should soon fall, keeping the child safe. And the child can squeeze downwards through a crack, continuing on its way.

The Deep Children!
Spears of light in the darkness!
Their discarded husks speak of joy to come.

And thus progresses Juffo-Wup.

Day 2 -

Image

After laying getting the land down flat, I had the foundation level put down, and reinforced it. It doesn't seem like there are any air pockets below the land that I should worry about. As I continued, I began working on the first Building. This one will be an observation tower... what with the large problem of the cliff wall in my way, I am worried I might fall under attack. So I built the observation deck, gone up 5 flights of stairs. By the end of the day, i was rather tired, but it was finished at least with the ground work. Next will to be installing the telescope for the spying, and I suppose furniture as well. Need somewhere to sleep too you know? But I can't help but feel I am neglecting something, some evil.

The progression thing is a nice addition, I think. Seeing incremental changes to explain the changes for the turn is pretty cool.
