I have this monster problem, Lab unusable. It's apparently a fast, regenerating evolving growth (R.E.G.) from a tree of some sort. Not sure how to solve problem and get land back :O

i would use another creature, though i am currently without any land based gargantuan creatures, only the squid for the moment, i'll have to get back to you. I could blast the creature but i don't have anything significantly destructive up and running yet.

Hmm... Lego is not an option and Magic might make this worse.

Updated

I'm working on separating the living things from the other objects in the museum.
Maybe eventually there will be a zoo. So if you want to cage up the creature the zoo will be happy to take it off your hands :)

(if you kill it I'll probably take the smaller version anyway)

As some of my pyrabbits begin building something for me, one of the others tells me that there is a traitor among us. I consult the traitor. I then get tired of talking to him so I melt him. Oh but look! A See-Saw! Hooray!
I will now sell this See-Saw for 2 points!Image

Oh yeah, and I had to do this!

Since i'm gonna be traveling most of today i'm posting this now, this is my update for Friday, just so we're clear.

We can see inside the house now. plus the spider's doing something

i put in a pool table and a passageway to the lab.

then i go to work in the lab.
a cacoon, the spider made a cacoon.

my work in the lab continues as the spider creature hatches from the cacoon, it's not a spider at all, some kind of scorpion thing with a radioactive tail!

also the underground thing continues to rise.

yep, there's Mort's order of cyanide, awaiting pickup from FedEx. the mine heading has been reinforced, and work has begun on a new level to the facility. a small tree has been planted next to the stack, and the wire plant is almost operational.

and now, to release The Haug Copper Mining Company Mail Order Catalog:

Leaching Fluid - 55 gallons (50% Cyanide, 25% Arsenic, 25% Hydrochloric Acid)
-- 1pt

Tree Saplings
-- 3pt

Coming Soon:
Copper Wire
Brass Sheeting

Day 8 -

Image

Forgot to post my gold, I should have 3 and Ahaugen have +2.

The acid I bought has driven the creature back a little bit but the realization is that my lab is now mostly destroyed, sitting on its side. That REG seems to have grown into every nook and cranny it could find at the time and stopped when I was attacking it. Rather weird though... I shall render something powerful to destroy the beast later.

Atmosphere conversion seems to be almost complete... but the air won't cross the invisible barriers, we require more resources to complete the spread of Juffo-Wup.
The conversion device lowers in activity, but it doesn't shrink. It will be needed later. On the other side of our colony, a bunch of mycelium congregates, creating a tough spore that will wait for opportunity to grow to the right.

Some Mycon begin work on the surface. Excess dirt is pushed away.
During the work a piece of deep child's egg case, a left over from our arrival to this world, is found.
Our bodies seethe with the passion of our genes.
A thousand of your species do not possess the richness in one of my cells.

Shuttle returns for refueling.
A new lava flow is constructed.

The atmosphere conversion complete, lava flows heating the surface. The experimental Mycon adapted to the local conditions doesn't have much use now.
We decide to preserve it, in case a need arises. A chamber is built for it.

I am Dugee, I am the purity monitor.
I choose what buds are permitted to mature and which must be eradicated.
I died of general misfunction 57,283 years ago.
[AlmightyPyro] wrote: Lava flow?! That's a little dangerous around my tree so I shall say no. But that for asking little guy!
Then perhaps, we could offer you a spore sack as a proof of our friendship?
Will you accept the spore? Consider our offer.
You are the Non. You must go now, and never return."
