Thanks for reminding me!
I missed the last couple years because of school, but I have a light load this semester finally. My stories may not be completely rational but I can type a half-decent one at 30-60 wpm.

That's crazy talk!Joel Fagin wrote:Our school years actually end at the end of the year. Completely illogical, I know.

But yeah, I reeeally can't. Grad school and work, plus 12-16 hours of comic every week, plus me trying to get some kind of portfolio together in the vain hopes of doing comics for a living...yeah.

Come to think of it, I don't know if I'll technically be cheating or not. I have to start the novel before November because in mid-October the professor needs to see that we're doing work on the project. I know it's not an official competition or something, but still I have no choice but to have a headstart.
Maybe I'll count it as that many words onto what I've already done by November? I'm still trying to finish revising the book I wrote over the summer.

In this case, whether I can or can't (or believe either way) reach the overall goal seems to be one of the least important parts of the process as long as I continue to write write write.Joel Fagin wrote:"Whether you believe you can or believe you can't - you're right."
