See Ya

I don't want to make a big deal of this because I always fucking hated the good bye threads we get around here, but real life obligations of school and likewise have forced me to make this decision. Just don't have the time to obsessively read an online forum.
The only reason I want to start this thread is because well, I like you guys. You are all a talented, interesting, and unique bunch. Every person adding to the community as a whole. You're all wonderful people. So that's basically it. I've done a few things to make sure I don't come crawling back and as much as I enjoy all of you I hope they hold.
I think I hate these threads because they hold the presumption that the entire forum cares that I'm leaving, I know that's not the case, but I don't want this to become a discussion about me, or about goodbye threads. If possible I wouldn't mind this being locked without comment. Take care everyone, you're all going places and I'll keep my real world eye open for you. Goodbye.

I love you spriteville, take care of little paco for me.
Truth be told, you could just sorta say you're on forum hiatus. I don't see why if life is busy -now- that you can't come back -later-.

Bye Sprite. Hope to see you at Cookout 2k7

Well that sucks Sprite.
I think the reason people don't like these threads is the implication that friendships online are easy to discard.
Here's hoping you come back.

No, wait! When I told you to get a life, I didn't mean it!
Seriously, go get your work done. Lots of people have disappeared for awhile. When you have time, come on back. The door is always open.
...
Mainly because it's falling off the hinges. Doesn't anyone do maintenance around here?

Well then, I'm glad I got to meet you face to face before you left. Take care of yourself.

...sprite.
This is really upsetting man. You're one of the main forces that calmed my goofy ass down when I first landed in this backwards world.
I'm really sad to see you go...hopefully you'll still lurk...a guy can dream cant he?
Also...I blame Sortelli.

Bye, Sprite. Once you have free time again, don't forget to return.
You know me, I'll still be here.
These threads still are kind of good, at least you know that someone's ok, when someone just dissapears you get kind of worried, cause you can't really know what happened to him and whether he's all well and healthy.
Just yesterday I wondered what's TLH doing and why he doesn't at least visit his own forum once in a while.

TLH is still around, have no fear.

I'm gonna keep on fearin'. Every moment TLH ain't right in front of ya, you can just feel his eyes . . . roamin' all over ya . . . waiting for just the right moment to ATTACK!
It's almost enough to drive a man to drink. Obviously, the strain's already gotten to McD . . .

What? Is that some long-winded pun or something? Me don't get.
