Okay, here's a thread spawned out of the boredum of my recovery period.

So what name do you go by in online video games? I'll list some of mine.

SergeXIII is my first pick on everything. Gaming is no exception. That's the name I use by far:

Halo: SergeXIII, JC Denton

Diablo II: SergeXIII, NINJA!?, Poncho

Hehe, I love my name, it's never used by anyone else so I have my pick of everything. Rickford for DeviantArt, Myspace, WoW, I got the bunch

I'm not a gamer, as you should know by now, but what the heck:

I tried RuneScape once. I went by "Micro Jesus." This was for, like, 4 hours of gameplay, before I decided it was dumb/not How I Do Things.

When I played SimCity 3k (and 4), I typically used "Pasha" as the mayor name.

In the future, I think I'll typically go with "jesusabdullah" or some variant (such as "DrJeuss"), or perhaps jfh (my initials) if the name has to be short.

In most every game I play, I switch between SpiderLlama, MasterLlama, or just Llama. I've stopped using Pyro because it's very common and every kid and there dog that wants to feel cool and claim that the play with fire uses it. Besides, getting your ass kicked by a Llama is just hardcore.

I go by KittyKatBlack in most things of course. Since that's where the name came from. It was and still is my handle in Wolfenstien: Enemy Territory.

And if you're curious to if I'm any good at that game...

In games where I can change my name, such as UT 2004, I rotate names for my amusement. There's nothing better than killing someone, and have the following message appear on their screen: You were killed by <Excessive Herpes>.

pretty much any other game I've ever played where I didn't care about getting my account suspended- grabmygoblin

Usually I go by Beaker. With mmorpgs/rpgs it usually ends up being randomly made up on the spot, like most of the names of the characters in my stories.

If Beaker is taken, then I usually use my drawing sig BKR, or BKR(some mathematical number reference here), though I really don't like having numbers in my nick.

At the risk of this connecting my comic stuff to all my other online stuff (which I have kept seperate on purpose), Troya Mayan.

Generally I go by the name båttlëlüst (FPSs), unless I'm playing an RPG where I'll either try to recreate one of my comic's characters or I'll make "Van" or "Guildmaster Van".

I used to play Warcraft 3 a lot where I went by Losercraft, which is where I got the nick LC that stuck with me.

In WoW, my main is Orangenius who's named after a character in Freedom Fries. (@ Alliance on Mal'Ganis if anyone feels like rolling there.)

Those are the only online games I play =f I used to play Diablo 2 a lot, though.

I use either Kirby! or Uberkirby! for everything.

Sparrow is my main handle (I'm too lazy to look up the exact names for each game...). Black Sparrow (or derivitives of that name) or Sparrow Nightrunner if and when the original name is taken.
