I didn't see this as spam either. I dunno how many of us are likely to own a Nav4All system though, or be in the market for anything like it.

Arg, if I had known that would be enough I would never have smeared Bob's blood all over my face.

Oh, who am I kidding? I totally would have done that anyway. :D

This is totally spam, guys. He's got us talking for a page and a half on some stupid GPS system that has nothing to do with anything we care about. He doesn't need a link, he just has to drop the name and make people curious.

I'm with Sortelli. One post wonder, no avatar, suspiciously impersonalized nick, even the post smells of something generated by bot. Any real person would've posted again by now.

actually I think its reverse spam. see in normal spam you have the poster say all this stuff about a product and then a link. but see.. in reverse spam.. you get the community to say all the stuff and post the link.

reverse spam.. advertisements of the future!

Heh... technically, no. Here's the full ingredient list.

Ingredients:

* Chopped pork shoulder meat with ham meat added.
* Salt (for binding, flavour, and firmness)
* Water (to help in mixing)
* Sugar (for flavour)
* Sodium Nitrite (for colour and as a preservative)

Yum yum! (found here http://www.cusd.claremont.edu/~mrosenbl/spamfacts.html)

So no, no cow parts anywhere in spam. BUT, you've got pork with pork added, that has to be good, right?

Spam is short for "spiced ham", if you'd known that, you wouldn't have had to look up the ingredients!

That means that the colour of Spam is intentional, and they consider it to be an improvement. I shudder to think what colour it is before the sodium nitrite

The many colors of meat!
10. What causes grayish or green color on cured meats?

Exposure to light and oxygen causes oxidation to take place, which causes the breaking down of color pigments formed during the curing process. Chemicals in the cure and oxygen, as well as energy from ultraviolet and visible light, contribute to both the chemical breakdown and microbial spoilage of the product. Cure, such as nitrite, chemically changes the color of muscle. Curing solutions are colored in order to distinguish them from other ingredients (such as sugar or salt) used in fresh and cured meat products. For example, cured raw pork is gray, but cured cooked pork (e.g., ham) is light pink.
