You know, I read somewhere that there is a (heavily supported by documentation) theory that that particular part of Revelations got mistranslated? Apparently, it could have been either 666 or 616.

Now it looks like it's 616.

So the Day of evil was either the first of the month or January, depending on how you date the year.
