Wait...

I disagree! Rabbies! Rabbies everywhere!
I could be wrong on this, i'd have to ask my father, but i'm fairly certain incidence of rabies in serbia is terribly low, if nonexistant.

Catgirls, you say?
Existence is a series of catastrophes through which everything barely but continually survives.

My mom has a teacup poodle that thinks it's a cat. Hmmm, what are they doing to all these dogs now?! :o

That's one of the reasons they're so appealing!
It's true. I can't think of any reason my mother would have four, and love the mean, shitty one (Named "Shitty") the most.

Though we do have a claim that possibly no one else has; A cat that thinks it's a dog.
Nope. Back at home, we've got one of those too. Especially when it "barks" at squirrels.

Then I was lucky. Whew.

Maybe it has to do with how they're raised? Our dog was raised with five cats, and they willingly played with her (such as swatting her nose and running away in a game of "tag"). So she can't understand why other cats don't want to play with her... part of it could be the fact that she's a healthy 80 pounds (Rottweiler/Yellow Lab/who-knows-what-else).

Oddly enough, she feels immensely threatened by small dogs, whether they are barking at her or not.

And yes, cats own you, and will punish transgressions accordingly. "Guilty until proven innocent, and they still act like you're guilty."
In order to clearly see what is in the shadows, you must first enter them.
