Yeah. So the way Kolter told me about it, was he just happened to float through Cookie's window, and there she was with one of those sticky rolls trying like crazy to get the orange fur off her clothes before we all got there...

(Runs out of pie, notices Cookie looking at him maliciously, and runs.) :o
That proves nothing!!!

Nothing at all! If anything, it proves that I was, indeed, wearing clothes!

And now for something completely different: SONGS! :D

Yes, I still have a cold, and I didn't want to make any records. But... I had my sister visit me from Germany, and she wanted to record a couple of songs with me before she left. I had to grant her wish... though my voice wasn't totally up for it... But anyway, I don't think the results are that bad.

So here's me with my sister:

Lonestar (by Norah Jones)
Cry to me (by Solomon Burke, among others)

And today I recorded this for Beth: Smile

I won't do any actual request songs with a voice like this.. but still thought you might enjoy these.

This is so fucking awesome that a movie needs to be made just so it can be on a soundtrack.

Hmmmm...

EDIT======
According to IMDB, there is no movie/tv show/short/etc. that is simply named "Outraged"
Someday, someday I'll finish Confabulation. That day is not today, however.

Ok, new request: Missed Me by the Dresden Dolls

I don't understand chords, so I don't know if this makes sense, but i got this:
Cm -- G

on the Cm, you go g-gb-g-ab- which makes the chord go Cm-Cdim-Cm-Ab

The Song
The Lyrics

If you say no, I'll understand. *pouts cutely(?)*
Someday, someday I'll finish Confabulation. That day is not today, however.

I'll have to pass on that one, cause I don't say the f-word, I don't sing the f-word. *pouts prudish*

Can I request Green Day's "Wake Me When September Ends". Can you modify September to December? I've been changing it to December as a motivation for student teaching. I offically end the trial by fire on December 2.

Then there is the waiting game to see if 1) I graduate and 2) If I get certified. Rumor has that it takes up and sometimes beyond 8 weeks for things to be ofically offical.

..before I have to dig my way back several pages to find the list again, and adding the newest two requests, here's for my own convenience:

-> "Ventura Highway" - America (for Rock)
-> "Breathe" - Anna Nalick (for RA)
-> "Octopus Garden" - Beatles (for Vorticus)
-> "Friends in Low Places" - Garth Brooks (for Mrs Kolter)
-> "Deeper than a holler" - Randy Travis (Dedicated to Mr Kolter by Mrs Kolter)
-> "Making Love Out of Nothing At All" - Air Supply (for Mrs Kolter)
-> "Cheek To Cheek" - Eva Cassidy (for Levi)
-> "Bizarre Love Triangle" - Frente (for KeyMonkey)
-> "Psycho Killer" - Talking Heads (for Claude)
-> "I Don't Know How To Love Him" - Sarah Brightman and/or "Take My Breath Away" - Berlin (for M2)
-> "In My Life" - The Beatles (for Corgan)
-> "Cekaj me" (for McDuffies)
-> "Wake Me When December Ends" - Green Day (for Beth Kolter)
-> "3 Libras" - A Perfect Circle (for CorpseFiend)

Mrs Kolter rules the list! :D

So, anyway, my voice has gotten better (though not fully recovered, but a lot), so I think I'll try to record some tonight or tomorrow.

I would hate to trouble you Miss Cookie, but I noticed that my last request - for "Top of the World" by the Carpenters was ommitted from your list - this was posted just before you provided the forum with your song lyrics.

Please let me know if you can do it, it's for my sister.

Your fan,

KeyMonkey

Ohhh... :oops: See, that's why I ask people to post requests in the forum thread: I forget. Sure, I'll do it. :D

Hooray for thread necromancy -_-;

I would like to request "I Shot the Sheriff". Cookie singing it would be wicked awesome to the tenth degree times a million.

Please?
