Make him eat the anchovies by sticking them way up his nose one at a time and having him snort until it slips down the back of his throat.

Those are painful yes, but anchovies are both extremely salty (drying up the nasal passages and both causing pain and difficulty snorting) and disgusting.

Personally, I'd either save the jalipenos for his eyes, or crush them, rub the juices and pulp into his hands until they get all wrinkly like when you come out of a long shower.

Then, I'd hand him M-squared's porn and cheesecake photos.
