Don't ask, just answer. Perhaps a reason to your answer, and if you're really good, I might tell you how to change it such a color.

Green, of course. Means you can scare away any visitors to your planet by telling them that the population's main food is burritos!

Clearly "checkered" is the best option. Any other color wouldn't be nearly hard enough on the eyes.

Purple. It's a good, sexy color. Plus, it's the closest to dark blue, which is my favorite.

I agree purple would be good too, if it was a deep purple. Not a bright, pinkish purple.

If I could give fractions of votes, it would be 3/7 to purple and 4/7 to red.

Purple skies are pretty. I was at work one day when the sky turned all purple as the sun went down, and I slipped out and just stared at the horizon until the color started to fad about five or six minutes later.

The interesting thing is, whatever color you chose would get boring if you saw it every day.

You only notice the bright, vibrant sunset because it's different from what you're used to.

Actually, I rarely go outside, so I hardly get to see the sky as it is already. And even so, I'm not particularly bored with the blue we've got right now . . . I've seen a number of perfectly normal blue sky days that I've thought were particularly pretty.

My favorite type of sky, tho', is the grey of rolling stormclouds. I just love the rain.
