I was in some weird kind of zone Friday night, with a sketchbook and a pile of washable markers, just scribbling away, page after page, not even thinking about what I was doing. I have no idea how long I was at it, but I think I stopped because I was hungry...

More pirates stuff, this one work in progress for a friend... thank you Johnny Depp for posing, but I had to change yer face and stuff.

Also here, had some trouble with the feet as you can tell. Feet hate me. Oh and, background laziness, SO SUE ME!

Man, Soap's art is always a good reminder of how much there's left to learn for the likes of me... or alternately, just to give up.

Sorta-sketchy-phase character drawing for a friend on Deviant Art - the character is a water mage of sorts. When it's done, it should (hopefully) look like she's walking in a pool of water, with wet clothing and wet hair... which will be all kinds of fun to paint, since I haven't done it before :p
