I saw it much longer ago than that, I was really little. I think it was G-Force then, too. At least for our translation.

Man they look like the kids from "The Kids Next Door"... except older... and the numbers don't quite align right.

I saw it as Battle of the Planets when I was a kid
(which can be thought of as 'How do I washed the 7-Zark-7 out of my head?')

Still... the edits were strange, because they needed to change Ken's name to Mark... and Joe's name to Jason... and Jun to Princess..............

Oh well... if it wasn't for Gatchaman, I might not have become the anime fan I am today...

It must have been Battle of the Planets then too, my memory of it is limited. I just remember bird helmets and human pyramids.

Even though the conversation has turned to Battle of the Planets, I just have to say . . .

We are horrible, horrible people.
Existence is a series of catastrophes through which everything barely but continually survives.

I definitely remember it as G-force. It must have been released under both titles at various times.

Yes.

It first came out as "Battle of the Planets" then it was released under the title "Eagle Riders" and then it was released as "G-Force". I believe Eagle Riders was the worst adaptation of the bunch.

Anyway... the show is finally available as the true Gatchaman that it is!

Yeah, I know. Actually, I haven't played in a couple of weeks, so it's not so bad these days. In fact, the only reason I was on it today, is because I wanted to use that spray for this thread.
