Wouldn't it be a Counterspell for permenants only? Instant and Sorceries don't come into play, they simply resolve.LibertyCabbage wrote: Blame Redwolf: This is the same thing as Counterspell, a blue card. White does not counter spells, ever.

The card isn't written correctly anyways, so I guessed that he meant any spell. If you took his wording literally, you could counter lands, which is a no-no. Also, the card can't work as a sorcery, it'd have to be instant.PF27 wrote:Wouldn't it be a Counterspell for permenants only? If you want it to counter permanents, then the correct wording would be "Counter target creature, artifact, or enchantment spell."
Yes, I'm a M:tG junkie, although I haven't played in a while.

I'm pretty sure I comprehend, having been one of the first to run sanctioned tournaments, and having supported myself selling cards as a distributor for two years. My wording may come from old style MtG, but I'm pretty clear on the colors and what they do.LibertyCabbage wrote:Rkolter, you really need to have an understanding of how the colors interact before you can make cards. Specifically, each color does certain things better than others and have strengths and weaknesses. One of the main challenges of the game is combining the colors to supplement each other enough to make up for the reliability you would have by sticking to only one color.
I made them white not because that was the best color for their abilities, but because it was the best color for the characters - the admins are supposedly shining white, pure dieties and all.

We aren't making sanctioned cards, LC! We're making fun, funny cards!
Oh! I noticed I'd forgotten to give that one to TDot. TDot if you want an updated gallery, it's here.Jim North wrote:That would be "Fawkes", hon.Kat North wrote:Jim wants to know, "Where's the Guy Fox Bob?"Mr.Bob wrote:Muahah! Fear the power of my master deck! Or collect them all!
