I've gone through several stages regarding this holiday.
Early in life I looked forward to it, hopeful that this year might be different.
Later in life I hated its coming, because I knew this year wouldn't be different.
Lately I just do not care or notice it, because I just did not care about it.
Today, I'm confused as all hell. I was not noticing it was V-day because I was obscenely busy with ROTC. Also I spent the morning and afternoon freezing and shivering in cold rain and blustering winds (like crazy strong). Finally I get dry, go to work, and one of our old callers from a YEAR ago comes back today. And I totally had a crush on her then. We got along well, talked a lot, were pretty similar, and she's also very pretty but not in a superficial way. And unlike the other callers, closer to my age. Except then she had a boyfriend, and now she doesn't. So I don't know if its a sign, coincidence, or what, but hey...this V-day has held promise. I'm back to stage one. Maybe this year might actually be different.

Oh, I still care about my romantic life (or lack thereof)...but at least now I won't be so painfully reminded of it.Keffria wrote:Yaaaay, it's now the 15th! Back to not caring about my horrible romantic life! \o/

I love the smell of chocolate in the morning. It smells like... V-Day.
This webcomic, seen here is hosted on the free web host Comic Genesis which pretty much proves its not popular.

I find it very poignant that the first thing he has to say to us after seven months concerns his masturbatory habits.
Me and my SO would like to wish you all a happy V-day!

Me and my date went to Hooters for V-day.
. Best part is she told me that's where she wanted to go. lol.
It was close by and the only restaurant that didn't have an hour waiting time. We passed it and jokingly I said, "Oh yeah, we could go to Hooters!" and she, "Oh I've never been there! Let's go!" It was fun. Damn good burgers too.

I'm glad 90's style forum signatures don't exist anymore.

wasted effort. I'd rather be happy for other people who are happy and in love. granted I'm a little biased. being how I'd rather have good friends. Than a relationship that, more often than not, is cosmetic in nature.Tim wrote:Oh, I still care about my romantic life (or lack thereof)...but at least now I won't be so painfully reminded of it.Keffria wrote:Yaaaay, it's now the 15th!
