Where should one take out a gun? To a restaurant?

Just don't use it to stab someone who's likely to take out a gun.

So, which side are you on? I used to use American dates exclusively, but I mostly use Eurodates now except for dates of birth.
I seem to skip between all 3, lol.

The Ameridater thing was good though, since I have my b'day up around the place in Eurodate format. Since I am a Eurodater. People sent me birthday presents on the 11th of October AND the 10th of November.

I use Ameridate system, but I think most people use the Eurodate system. My parents lived here for years, and sometimes they still use it. My nigerian relatives use it when sending email and letters as well.

It depends. If I'm just using numbers, I do it the European way, but if I'm using the name of the month, it's the American way.

29/03/2006 and March 29, 2006 are both good to me :D.

I only use YYYY-MM-DD when I'm naming comics to be updated which is hardly ever these days. Muahahah.

on hand written and letters I use the Americdate or what ever you were calling it, but on computer files (other than just the comics) I use the ISO 8601 system. I do it so my files are actually in order on when I did them when I pull them up on the hard drive, but it also confuses the hell out of co-workers who want to look up past ads on my computer. I just point and laugh at them. they shouldn't be on my computer anyways. XD

American, I use Ameridate or Eurodate if I don't bother reseting the board personal settings.

...if we are going to talk about romantic dating, then I just don't. haven't been on a date in years, and never with my perfered sex.

Ever since I took French in highschool, I seem to always use Eurodate style... Guess I just operate that way... I've always been backwards.

I've only used ISO dating when naming comic files because that's how AutoKeen takes them. I don't normally date files at home anyway, so I never saw a need for acsending dates like that...and it wouldn't have occured to me to use ISO to accomplish that. (Hell, I didn't even know it was called ISO 8601 )

I should probably use ISO when naming files at work, but 1) I've done it my way for years now, so I'm not about to change, and 2) we seem to be pretty lousy about backing stuff up, so it'd all get sorted into separate folders by year anyway. A coworker dates some of her work Eurostyle, because of our work with the military, but at least she uses 3 letters for the month.

Otherwise, it's all American, all the time for me.

I think the problem with the spork is that they are always made of plastic and too flimsy. They should make a strong, silver spork. It would be usable and great at fending off werewolves.

over the summer I went to a renaissance fair, and these blacksmiths were selling the greatest thing ever: an iron fork/spoon. I would have bought one but had already spent all my cash.

It's not too tough to get a metal spork, iirc--they sell them at camping gear places like REI.
