Wow...

...I'd have liked to see the kind of colossal mess than can swallow three whole computers.

I always find artifacts that remind me of the women who have come and gone in my life... old purses and signed ornaments. *sigh*

I'm actually going to plant some mysteries in this house before we leave. It'll be amusing. I'm going to set up some secret notes, a few mysterious objects, leading to some sort of subtly hidden grand prize. Maybe some awesome old comics or something. I'm a jerk; I love to mess with people like that. Add some mystery to their lives.

When I get rich, someday, (it'll happen!) I'm going to buy an old mansion and have parts of it reconstructed and added onto. It'll be bizarre. There will be a room composed entirely of mirrors, an incense room for meditation, and all sorts of wierd symbolic stuff. Then I'm going to hide treasure everywhere and put (potentially harmful but not deadly) traps in it. The grand prize will be a map to island coordinates leading to the burial site of my own unoccupied tomb on a desert island, which will of course be filled with better treasure and some of my secret writings and artifacts.

Yeah, I'm bonkers.

The previous owners of my house left a dead cat in the garage crawlspace.

When I was an early teen and still living with my parents, we rented a very, very old home from a couple. They were weird. It was a pretty cool home though - five levels, double-walk out deck, huge terraced backyard filled with grapevines, and a triple-size basement filled with... just stuff. Like they'd gone to a million garage sales just to try to fill the basement.

Denial is not falsification. You can't avoid a fact just because you don't like it.
"Data" is not the plural of "anecdote"
