but it's the stonecutters that keep him a star.
There aren't enough stones of shame to punish them all properly.
Actually, I'd rather stone those who made Tom Hanks a character actor.

Yes it does. I got a memo from God the other day.
Then you are either exceptionally fat, or very dense. :P
The memo also said to expect a heavy amount of persecution from the unwashed masses.

Apparently enough to cause the world to revolve around you. :P

I always talk about video game protagonists in the first person.
Usually it's fine. "I jumped down the ledge, I stabbed the guy in the back, I flipped over and grabbed the key, I dodged the spikes, etc. etc.", not "Sam Fisher jumped down the ledge, the Prince of Persia stabbed the guy in the back..." etc.

Normally not a problem, right?

In Fatal Frame 2, you play as one of a set of Japanese twin girls.
In describing the storyline while playing, I used phrases like "my sister ran off, she put her hand on my shoulder, I turned around and no one was there..." and so on.
Now I didn't think anything of it at the time, but apparently the guy watching me thought it was hilarious I was referring to this Japanese girl in the first person.

His words: "At least have some dignity, dude."

I've got VII and X, though they're more so that when I bash Final Fantasy, my insults carry some weight.

How can you spend so much time playing something just so you can insult it? Those are long games.

Hey, I didn't say I played them often, or that far through.

I'm playing X right now. It's not too bad. Not yet, anyway.
I might change my mind after I've played more, of course.

In terms of freedom, the game is more linear than Super Mario Bros.
